Registering for Online Programs
If enrolling in a SUNY Ulster online degree program, follow our application process.
Students who live outside of Ulster County can take their Entering Student Assessment Exam remotely. Please call our Learning Center at 1- 724-0833 x 5039 to schedule your exam.
Registering for Online Courses
- Matriculated students must meet with their advisor before registering. Online registration
is at the discretion of the individual advisor.
- Non-matriculated students or Visiting Students can fill out the Quick Admit Form. You will receive an email letting you know that you've been admitted and instructions for registering for classes.
Certificate of Residency
Students who are residents of NY State, but not Ulster County will be required to submit a Certificate of Residency in order to be eligible for the in-county tuition rate. The Certificate of Residency form is due within 30 days of the start of the semester otherwise the tuition will be double.
