The Matriculated Student

A matriculated student is one who has formally applied to the College, has been formally accepted into a degree, diploma, or certificate program, and is working toward that degree, diploma, or certificate. As a matriculated student, you have the following advantages.

Only matriculated students may:

  • enroll full-time (defined as taking 12 or more credits in one semester),
  • apply for financial aid of any type, including for part-time study, if enrolled in an eligible program of study,
  • apply for any of the many scholarships available,
  • be assigned an academic adviser, and
  • be awarded a degree, diploma, or certificate.
