Immunization Requirements
New York State Public Health Law 2165 requires students born after January 1, 1957, to produce, at registration, proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella.
This requirement pertains to all full-time and part-time students taking six or more credits. Those born before January 1, 1957, are exempt from this requirement. Students who need these immunizations should contact College Health Services, SEN 139, 800:724-0833, extension 5246 or 845: 687-5246.

NOTICEOn July 22, 2003, Governor Pataki signed New York State Public Health Law (NYS PHL) §2167 requiring institutions, including colleges and universities, to distribute information about meningococcal disease and vaccination to all students meeting the enrollment criteria, whether they live on or off campus.
