How to Enroll

Students who take credit courses at SUNY Ulster are either matriculated or non-matriculated. Matriculated students have applied to the College through the Admissions Office and are working toward a degree, certificate, or diploma. Only matriculated students may apply for financial aid or enroll full-time, although non-matriculated students may also take credit courses.

1. Phone - If you're not enrolled in a program of study at SUNY Ulster, you can register by phone using a Visa or Mastercard. Call 800:724-0833, extension 5075.
2. Fax - If you're not enrolled in a program of study at SUNY Ulster, you can register by printing the Ulster County Community College Registration Form, completing it, and faxing it with the Visa or Mastercard information to 845: 687-5126.
3. Mail - You can print, complete, and mail the Ulster County Community College Registration Form with a check or credit card information to:

   Registrar's Office
   Ulster County Community College
   Stone Ridge, NY 12484

4. In Person - You can print, complete, and take the Ulster County Community College Registration Form to the Registrar's Office in Vanderlyn Hall VAN206 on the Stone Ridge campus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payment is due when you register. (Check here for Registration dates.)
5. On Site Registrations - Prior to the beginning of each semester, the College schedules special on site registration sessions for credit courses at the Business Resource Center. Schedules for these sessions will be posted on this web site. (Check here for Registration dates.)
6. Online Registration - Matriculated students can register online with Banner Web. For instruction, chose one of the links below:

Student IDs and Parking Permits Aug 18, 2008 ALL STUDENTS You are required to have an Official Student ID and a Parking Permit. Come to the Security desk in Hasbrouk with semester schedule AND a picture ID to get them.

Admissions Counseling Thursdays at BRC Aug 28, 2008 The SUNY Ulster Admissions Office will have an admissions counselor in the lobby at the Business Resource Center on Ulster Avenue in Kingston every Thursday evening beginning April 3 until the end of August.
