Ann M. Marrott
Ann Marrott has been an advocate for SUNY Ulster and for community college education since her student days. From 1990 until 1999, Ann served as Director of Community Relations at the college and taught in the Speech and Communications Department. She joined the Board of Directors of the College Foundation and helped make it one of the leading community college foundations in New York State. In 1996, she received the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service. Ann was named Dean for Enrollment Management and Community Relations in 2002 and recently was named Vice President as well. Her extraordinary ability to recognize and analyze challenges and to propose and implement solutions has made her an invaluable resource to the college.
Ann was one of the first two women named to the Ulster Savings Bank Board of Directors and is also the Secretary of the Ulster Savings Charitable Foundation. She is vice-chair of the Woodland Montessori Education Foundation. She lives in Chester, New York, with her husband and two daughters.
