Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) Preparation

Get ready to take the SAT!
The SAT is a standardized test owned and published by the
College Entrance Examination Board and required by many colleges and universities, and more than two million students take the SAT every year.

SUNY Ulster's Office of Continuing and Professional Education offers both classroom and online courses for college bound students to prepare themselves for the SAT tests.


CLASSROOM SAT PREPARATION

SUNY Ulster's Continuing and Professional Education obtains it materials from Cambridge Educational Services. Each student receives a Cambridge SAT textbook which includes powerful TestPrep strategies, admissions advice, quizzes, upper quartile problems, complete tests with explained answers, and math and verbal basic skills review; and one official practice SAT test. Cambridge continuously updates their test prep and SAT exam materials.

  • Bring a calculator, paper, pencils and a snack to class.
  • Fee includes book & practice test.
  • Maximum enrollment for each session is 15 students.
  • Register today, classes fill up quickly!

ONLINE SAT PREPARATION

SUNY Ulster's Office of Continuing and Professional Education uses courses prepared and taught by Education To Go. Online courses have a new start date each month and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All courses require Internet access, e-mail, and a Web browser. Courses are affordable and convenient. How Do I Register for an Ed2Go class?

1. Visit www.ed2go.com/sunyulster  then click the course of choice and follow the onscreen instructions. Make payment online or contact SUNY Ulster to pay by phone, by mail, in person, or by fax, before the start of your class. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, cash or check.

2. On the day your class begins, return to www.ed2go.com/sunyulster. Click the "classroom" link, and then log in with the information you were provided in the online orientation.
