This workshop will focus on why write a business plan, how to shape your vision into a workable plan, what is needed to develop both long and short term plans, and how a business plan should be constructed to gain financing. Subjects will include projections of revenue/expenses, competition, mission statement, marketing/advertising, and sales.
The Ulster County Chapter of SCORE will be conducting a workshop which is a must for women looking to become more financially empowered. The workshop will focus on developing a strong relationship with your banker, accessing needed capital, networking and access to relevant networks, ongoing education, and low cost marketing.
