Applied Science & Technology Source 
EBSCO's Applied Science & Technology Source offers extensive coverage of research and development within the applied sciences and computing disciplines by combining databases from both EBSCO Publishing and H.W. Wilson. Offers full text for almost 1,200 journals and citations to millions of articles from numerous sources, including leading trade journals, professional and technical society journals, and conference proceedings.

Search the Artstor database to locate art images. The Artstor Library includes over 1.6 million images covering art, architecture and archaeology. EBSCO's Business Source Complete is a scholarly business database, providing a collection of bibliographic and full text content back as far as 1886. Contains full text journals in all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance and economics. Additional full text, non-journal content includes financial data, books, monographs, major reference works, book digests, conference proceedings, case studies, investment research reports, industry reports, market research reports, country reports, company profiles, SWOT analyses and more.



Canadian Reference Centre
Canadian Reference Centre combines Canadian magazines, newspapers, newswires and reference books to create the largest collection of regional full text content available to Canadian libraries. This database includes leading Canadian periodicals and international (U.S. and U.K) periodicals in full text; full text reference books; over 87,900 full text biographies and an Image Collection of over 502,000 photos, maps, and flags. CINAHL® Plus with Full Text
EBSCO's CINAHL Plus with Full Text is a collection of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 770 journals . Full text coverage dates back to 1937. Offers complete coverage of English-language nursing journals and publications from the National League for Nursing and the American Nurses' Association and covers nursing, biomedicine, health sciences librarianship, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health and 17 allied health disciplines. Also offers access to health care books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of practice, educational software, audiovisuals and book chapters. 

Computer Source
EBSCO's Computer Source provides the latest information and current trends in high technology. Offers full text for nearly 300 publications and indexing and abstracts for nearly 450 publications. Covers topics such as computer science, programming, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, information systems, robotics, and software. Leading general magazines are also provided including: eWeek, Fast Company, MacWorld, PC Magazine, PC World, Red Herring, Software Magazine, etc. Many full text titles are available in native (searchable) PDF, or scanned-in-color. The Crime Report
The Crime Report (TCR) is a comprehensive news service covering the diverse challenges and issues of 21st century criminal justice in the U.S. and abroad. Staffed by working journalists in New York, Washington and Los Angeles, it is published daily through the year by the Center on Media, Crime and Justice at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.

Gannett Newsstand Complete
This database contains over 85 Gannett newspapers, 6 of which are New York newspapers. These include the Ithaca Journal, Poughkeepsie Journal, Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, Journal News (White Plains), Press and Sun-Bulletin (Binghamton) and Star-Gazette (Elmira).

General OneFile
Gale's General OneFile includes news and periodical articles on a wide range of topics: business, computers, current events, economics, education, environmental issues, health care, hobbies, humanities, law, literature and art, politics, science, social science, sports, technology, and many general interest topics. Millions of full-text articles, many with images. Updated daily.

This database, from the American Geological Institute, includes over 2.2 million references to all publications of the U.S. Geological Survey, geoscience journal articles, books, maps, conference papers, reports Masters' theses and doctoral dissertations from U.S. and Canadian universities. The GeoRef database covers the geology of North America from 1785 to the present and the geology of the rest of the world from 1933 to the present.

Grolier Online
Grolier Online includes access to the Encyclopedia Americana , New Book of Knowledge and Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia as well as Roget's II: The New Thesaurus and the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition.



HarpWeek is the full-text, full-image electronic version of Harper's Weekly. Ulster's access covers the Civil War segment including the years 1857-1865.

Health Reference Center Academic
EBSCO's Health Reference Center Academic provides access to the full text of nursing and allied health journals, plus the wide variety of personal health information sources. The material contained in this database is intended for informational purposes only.

Health Source – Consumer Edition
EBSCO's collection of consumer health information, providing information on many health topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health. Health Source: Consumer Editionprovides access to nearly 80 full text, consumer health magazines.

 The Historical New York Times
This ProQuest database includes the New York Times from 1851-2009. The newspaper is reproduced, cover-to-cover, in full-page digital images—from news stories and editorials to graphics and advertisements.

Humanities E-Book
A digital collection of nearly 2,000 full-text titles offered by the ACLS in collaboration with fourteen learned societies, nearly 100 contributing publishers, and librarians at the University of Michigan’s Scholarly Publishing Office. The result is an online, fully searchable collection of high-quality books in the Humanities, recommended and reviewed by scholars. HEB is available 24/7 on- and off-campus.
Humanities Source 
Provides full text—plus abstracts and bibliographic indexing—for scholarly sources in the humanities, including feature articles, interviews, obituaries, bibliographies, original works of fiction, drama and poetry, book reviews, and reviews of ballets, dance programs, motion pictures, musicals, operas, plays, radio and television programs. The collection includes full text for more than 1,400 journals, with citations to over 3.5 million articles, including book reviews.

HRVH Historical Newspapers
The HRVH Historical Newspapers project provides access to digitized copies of historical newspapers from the Hudson River Valley region of New York State. The first paper to be digitized is The Kingston Daily Freeman, 1903 to 1912. The entire contents of the newspaper issues can be searched and browsed.



JSTOR is an interdisciplinary archive of scholarly journals in both digital and print formats, generally from the first volume through issues published prior to the most recent three to five years. Content largely comes from the social sciences and humanities with more than 2,000 academic journals and over 20,000 books.

Provides access to a wide range of news, business, legal, and reference information; including many international publications, transcripts of television and radio news broadcasts and a high percentage of full-text resources.
LGBT Life with Full Text
EBSCO's LGBT Life with Full Text contains all of the content available in LGBT Life as well as full text for more than 120  LGBT journals, magazines and regional newspapers, and more than 150 full-text monographs and books. The database includes comprehensive indexing and abstract coverage as well as a specialized LGBT Thesaurus containing over 6,400 terms.

Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts with Full Text
EBSCO's Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts with Full Text indexes more than 560 core journals, more than 50 priority journals, and 125 selective journals; plus books, research reports and proceedings. This database also contains full text for more than 240 journals. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s.

LitFinder contains the full text of literary works including over 150,000 full-text poems and 800,000+ poetry citations, as well as short stories, speeches, and plays.

Provides access to biographies, bibliographies and critical analysis of authors from every age and literary discipline. Gale's Literature Resource Center covers more than 90,000 novelists, poets, essayists, journalists and other writers, with in-depth coverage of 2,000 of the most-studied authors.

Magill’s Medical Guide offered by Salem Health covers diseases, disorders, treatments, procedures, specialties, anatomy, biology, and issues in an A-Z format, with sidebars addressing recent developments in medicine and concise information boxes for all diseases and disorders.
MasterFILE™ Premier
This multidisciplinary database,designed for public libraries, provides full text for nearly 1,750 general reference publications with full text information dating as far back as 1975. Covering virtually every subject area of general interest, EBSCO's MasterFILE Premier also contains full text for nearly 500 reference books and 164,424 primary source documents, as well as an Image Collection of 440,207 photos, maps & flags.

EBSCO's MEDLINE with Full Text provides the authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and pre-clinical sciences found on MEDLINE, plus the database provides full text for more than 1,470 journals indexed in MEDLINE. 
Military & Government Collection™
EBSCO's Military & Government Collection provides full text for nearly 400 publications pertaining to all branches of the military and government plus full text for 245 pamphlets and indexing and abstracts for 500 titles.



National Library of Medicine
The National Library of Medicine, a part of the National Institutes of Health, created and maintains MedlinePlus to assist the public in locating authoritative health information. This resource is freely available to the public.

National Newspaper Index
National Newspaper Index provides access to the indexing of: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Christian Science Monitor, Los Angeles Times and The Washington Post. Search only the top national newspapers from one Gale search box.

Naxos Music Library
Naxos Music Library offers access to over 500,000 tracks and more than 35,000 CDs. Content includes the lives and works of the greatest composers, classical explained, opera explained, instruments of the Orchestra, history of classical music, history of opera, glossary, pronunciation guide, opera synopses and opera libretti. The library includes not only practically all standard repertoire, but also a wide range of rare repertoire not available from other sources.

New York State Newspapers

PsycARTICLES, from the American Psychological Association (APA), is a database of full-text, peer-reviewed scholarly and scientific articles in psychology.
