Registrar's Office Hours
8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday.
Registrants can pay with VISA or MasterCard, FACTS Payment Plan, or request that a bill be sent.

Financial Aid Office Hours
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Phone (845) 687-5058.

Tuition
Tuition rate for Highland Courses ~ $79.00 per credit. No additional fees are charged. This rate applies to Ulster County residents. Residents of other New York State counties must provide Certificate of Residency from their home county at registration to obtain this rate.
All previous balances must be paid in full before a student can register for subsequent courses or semesters.

Refund Policy
100% before classes begin.
75% during the first week.
50% during second week.
25% during the third week.

Cancellations
The College reserves the right to cancel any course offered if enrollment is too small to warrant offering it. Students will be notified of any course cancellations by telephone prior to the beginning of classes.

Immunization Requirements
New York State Public Health Law 2165 requires all students enrolled in six or more credits, born on or after January 1, 1957, to produce at registration proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella. Students needing the immunization may receive it from their personal physicians or the county health department. Enrolled students may be eligible to receive the vaccine free of charge from the College Health Services Office, Senate 139. Appointments should be made by calling (845) 687-5246. New York State Public Health Law 2167 requires that all college and university students enrolled for at least six semester hours or the equivalent per semester, or at least four semester hours per quarter, provide College Health Services with meningococcal meningitis vaccination information by completing the appropriate section of the immunization form.
