Discover SUNY Ulster

The best way to get to know SUNY Ulster is to come to our Stone Ridge campus for a visit. A student, faculty member, or staff member will be happy to take you on a guided tour.

The College is easily reachable by the New York State Thruway, exiting at Kingston (Exit 19) to your first right (Route 28 West), to Route 209 South for 9.6 miles to a left turn onto Cottekill Road. The College is 1/4 mile in on the right.

Visitor parking is available in all parking lots, and marked with a big, green "V". To view a campus map with designated parking, click here. For more driving directions to the main campus, and our satellite campuses, click here. For maps of the area and the main campus click here.
Public transportation is also available directly to the main campus through Ulster County Rural Transportation (845: 340-3333) serving the Kingston, New Paltz, and Ellenville areas.

You are invited to visit any time, but if you would like a tour, tell us in advance when you're coming and we can roll out the red carpet. Let our Admissions Office know by calling 800: 724-0833 and asking for that office or by dialing them directly at 845: 687-5022 or 5018. They can also tell you about regularly scheduled information sessions for prospective students.
