SUNY Ulster Facilities Use Application
SUNY Ulster County Community College is an educational institution that offers its facilities for the purpose of cultural, educational, social, and recreational activities. SUNY Ulster rents Quimby Theatre, the dining hall,, classrooms, athletic facilities, and certain other facilities for use by the community. Equipment (sound, lighting, audio/visual, etc.) and services (technical support, housekeeping, public safety, etc.) are also available for a fee.
Groups using college facilities may be subject to charges for additional security, maintenance, and other personnel deemed necessary by the college. A certificate of insurance is required for outside organizations requesting use of a college facility. Please submit your application for facilities use at least 90 days before your event.
Please be advised that submission of an application will not reserve your space until an official approval permit is received.

Community access to the tennis courts is on a first-come first-served basis, opposite facilities use by Rondout Schools and SUNY Ulster's Children's Center. The tennis courts are open daily from 8AM - 8PM
