Tuition payments are due by the posted due dates for each semester.  Tuition due dates can be found on the Portal under My SUNY Ulster/My Payment Options.  If a student is expecting financial aid in the form of grants, loans or scholarships, the FAFSA and NYS Tap Grant applications should be completed prior to the tuition due date.  This will allow the Financial Aid Office time to review.

Students that are not receiving financial aid or have awards that do not cover the entire balances, can make payments on the Portal.  SUNY Ulster accepts  MasterCard, Visa and Discover as well as ACH payments on the Portal.  Credit card payments can also be made over the phone by calling the Student Accounts Office at (845) 687-5099 Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 4:30.  Payments made by credit card, check or cash can also be brought to the Student Accounts Office, which is located in VAN 204.  If you wish to pay by mail, checks should be made payable to SUNY Ulster and can be sent to:

SUNY Ulster has teamed up with NELNET Business Solutions to offer their Automatic Payment Plan, enabling students to budget their educational expenses for the Fall, Spring and Summer terms.  Enrollment is done on the Portal (My SUNY Ulster/My Payment Options) and more information can be found on the Payment Plan websites.
